By booking accommodation with Wirral Stays, you agree to these terms. Wirral Stays is operated by Wirral Stays, a provider of serviced accommodation on the Wirral, Merseyside.

Bookings are confirmed once agreed with Helen (the host) and any required payment has been received.

Quoted rates are for the property and dates agreed. Extensions are subject to availability and may be priced at the prevailing rate.

Minimum stay periods apply as stated at the time of booking (typically 7 nights for contractor and corporate stays).

Payment terms are confirmed with Helen when your booking is agreed. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Corporate and insurer bookings may be invoiced directly on agreed terms. Payment is due as stated on the invoice.

Flexible cancellation is available — full refund up to 14 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Longer stays (28+ nights) may require 30 days' notice. Urgent insurance placements may have bespoke terms agreed at referral.

Contact Helen directly to discuss cancellation — we aim to be fair and transparent.

Properties are in quiet residential areas. Parties, loud events and antisocial behaviour are not permitted.

No pets unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Guests must respect neighbours, follow house rules and report any damage promptly.

ID verification may be required for reference.

Wirral Stays is not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Guests are responsible for their belongings. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
